How do I book?

Online, in a couple of minutes. Tell us about your home, pick a slot, and you get a flat price on the spot. We hold the amount on your card and take it once the clean’s done. Prefer to talk? Call 020 8058 8821.

What does it cost?

Flat prices, no surprises. Regular cleans start at £78, deep cleans at £150, and end-of-tenancy cleans at £350. Your instant quote gives the exact figure for your home.

Do I need to provide products and equipment?

Yes. Your cleaner brings themselves; you provide the vacuum, the mop and the products you like. Familiar products on your own surfaces, and it keeps the price keen.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

To start with, we match you with the best available cleaner for your slot. Have a few cleans with someone you click with — usually around five — and they become your regular, with first pick of your slots. If they’re off sick or away, a vetted cover steps in.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and insured before their first job, and rated by clients after each clean.

When do I pay?

Not until the job’s finished. We hold the amount when you book and take it once the clean’s done — never before.

Can I skip or cancel a clean?

Yes. Skip a week or pause any time from the app — no contracts, no lock-in. Just give reasonable notice so your cleaner can plan around it.

Which areas do you cover?

Ealing and the streets around it: Acton, Hanwell, Greenford, Northolt, Perivale and Southall. Pop your postcode into the app to check we reach you.

Is paying online safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, the same secure system used by major retailers. We never see your full card details.
