Quarter Yards
The newest neighbourhood, Quarter Yards covers 9 acres and will eventually include 1,273 new homes and over 105,000 square feet of commercial space — effectively a new town centre with a high street of shops, cafés, restaurants, and flexible workspaces. The first block, Brickfields, features studios and one to three-bedroom apartments with open-plan layouts, modern finishes, and private balconies. Residents will have access to a botanical garden, communal lounge, co-working suite, private cinemas, gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. Construction of Brickfields began in early 2026 with completion expected by the end of 2027, so early residents will be moving in soon and will need move-in cleans and regular cleaning from day one.
The Orien
The latest addition to the Quarter Yards neighbourhood, The Orien is positioned at the end of the high street with ground-floor restaurants and cafés. It offers studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with wellness facilities and the same high standard of finish found across the development. Like all new-build apartments, these need careful cleaning around modern fixtures and surfaces.
