What’s Included in a One-Off Clean
A one-off clean follows the same checklist as our regular cleaning service. Your cleaner works through every room:
Kitchen
- All worktops, splashbacks and hob wiped down
- Sink cleaned, taps polished
- Exterior of appliances wiped (microwave, fridge, oven door)
- Bins emptied and fresh liner fitted
- Floor swept and mopped
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside and out
- Bath and/or shower cleaned, taps descaled
- Basin and mirror cleaned
- Floor mopped
Living areas and bedrooms
- All accessible surfaces dusted
- Floors hoovered or mopped
- Beds made and linen straightened
- Bins emptied
Throughout the home
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- Skirting boards spot-checked
- General tidying and straightening
Because it’s a one-off, your home may need more attention than it would on a regular schedule — especially if cleaning has fallen behind. The quote takes this into account.
If you need something more intensive — inside the oven, behind appliances, detailed skirting boards — that’s a Deep Clean rather than a one-off.

One-Off vs Deep Cleaning — What’s the Difference?
A one-off clean covers the same areas as regular cleaning — surfaces, floors, kitchens, bathrooms — but as a single visit rather than a recurring booking.
A Deep Clean goes further: inside the oven, behind appliances, detailed skirting boards, tiles and grout scrubbed, radiators dusted behind. It takes longer and costs more.
If your home is in reasonable shape and just needs a good clean, a one-off is right. If it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months and needs a full reset, a deep clean is the better choice.

Do I need to be home?

Do you bring your own products?
We bring all cleaning products and supplies. We just ask that you have a vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket available.
What if I’m not happy?
Tell us and we’ll send someone back to put it right at no extra charge.
